Like most things in life, becoming a professional chef will not come easily.  You will have to make sacrifices and work very hard.  However, once you have graduated from a cooking school, there are so many options available to you.The starting salary for a qualied chef is between twenty and thirty five thousand, however with some experience it could be more.Its well worth the effort to obtain your degree which will expand your changes of getting a good job.
