What’s the formula to lose weight for free? One idea is to stop eating. Then you won’t buy food so it will be free. That’s silly and absurd When people look in the mirror to see their fat self it may seem to be. But it’s pretty simple. Follow some simple tips.

Come down with an extreme sickness. As long as you get better, serious illness is a great way to shed pounds. People lose weight while in the hospital. That’s as ridiculous as it seems. So let’s get to some real tips.

Calorie deprivation is a great way to lose weight. That means eating fewer calories than you burn. Drink nothing but water to force your body to draw on fat reserves. If you have the constitution to keep this up for a whole year, you’re set. All of that isn’t serious, except for the part about eating less than you burn. It can’t be only water, but replacing soda and juice with water will drop out 90,000 calories, or 25 pounds, each year. Smaller portions, less soda and juice Period.

Exercise as if the slave master will torment you if you stop moving. Keep up activity for hours and hours a day, seven days a week. Remember those Moses movies? Did you ever see a fat slave working on those pyramids? Back to reality, exercise to burn calories is important to losing weight. It doesn’t have to be hours and hours each day, but 30 minutes of aerobic exercise seven days a week is fantastic. While seven days a week is best, if you can’t do it, go for six, or five, or even four. Try for every day but if you miss a day here or there don’t panic.

Bodybuilders burn more calories just standing around. So strap yourself to the car and pull it for 10 miles a day, uphill. Become a hulk, a mass of muscles so large that you have to binge eat just to keep up with the wild metabolism. |Of course, in the real world weight training doesn’t have to be to the level of a marine drill instructor|Ok, so really just weight train in moderation}. Keep off the weight with muscle training at least three days a week. Muscle does mean a higher metabolism, and in the long term it means less work because you’re burning more calories even while sitting at a desk.

Insanity isn’t needed to shed pounds. Your budget can even be 0. Lose weight for free with diet and exercise. Eat less than you burn.
