Yoga has various types of movements and poses and it has its own benefits. Combination of several poses will give you more benefits. We can choose a lot of exercises but we should try to include standing yoga poses in our daily exercises. These yoga poses involves backward bendings, balance postures and twisting. Our spinal cord will be more flexible because of yoga standing poses. If our spine is back to normal and the muscles are strengthened, it will not cause any damage in our body system.
